What’s happening now
Proactive community consultation is a vital element of the planning process. It is essential that the local community is given the opportunity to view the proposals and feed back their views directly to the project team.
We are re-engaging with residents to shape the next phase of proposals. In person consultation events were held in December 2024 and July 2025. Future in person events where team members will present the latest plans and answer questions will be arranged in due course and residents will be notified in advance.
Residents will be able to share feedback at the event or via an online form.
