Welcome to the Alice Shepherd House and Oak House regeneration website.
This website will provide you with details on the project and will be continually updated to reflect where we currently are in the conversation on the future of the two buildings.
One Housing are working with residents to help shape the future of the estate. During these conversations, we will be weighing up different scenarios, changing them based on resident input and discounting unfavourable options. This is called an ‘options appraisal’. Following the consultation, residents will be asked to vote on which option they would like to take forward.
This website has been designed to provide accessible information on the project and allow residents and stakeholders to join the conversation and be kept up to date.
